The FLIP is a global network of scholars and practitioners who work across Early Childhood-12 contexts to develop evidence-based food literacy education and pedagogy. At present there are 4 hubs located across the globe in Canada, USA, Australia and Sweden that are sharing their food literacy work. There is a comparative analysis of food literacy education practices and outcomes in different geographic contexts. Working with educators the FLIP will provide professional development materials that develop, support and enhance the practice of educators.
